What counts as a “device”?

A device is any computer or screen running Bizflow in your business — the order-posting screen at the counter, a second screen at the bar, or the manager's computer. A small restaurant with one counter screen is 1 device. A busy outlet with a counter screen, a bar screen and a manager's computer is 3 devices.

Does Bizflow work without internet?

Yes. Bizflow Offline is fully local-first — orders, stock, shifts and reports all run on your computer without internet. Bizflow PRO adds remote monitoring and multi-device sync when a connection is available, but the floor keeps working when the line drops.

Is there a monthly subscription for the free plan?

No. Bizflow Offline is free forever on one machine — no trial, no expiry, no monthly fee. Bizflow PRO is Ksh 1,000 per connected machine per month when you want online transparency and remote monitoring.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Download Bizflow Offline, run your outlet on one machine, and upgrade to Bizflow PRO anytime for automated M-PESA on request, multiple terminals and remote phone monitoring.

Do I need to buy new hardware?

No. Bizflow runs on any Windows 10 or 11 computer you already own — touchscreen or not. Connect a receipt printer if you have one and you are ready to go.

How long does setup take?

Most outlets take their first sale within five minutes of downloading. Add your menu, staff and payment methods and you can start selling the same day.

Is M-PESA integration available on the free plan?

Automated M-PESA integration — STK Push, Till and Paybill recorded against orders — is available on Bizflow PRO on request. The free offline plan focuses on full POS operations without automated M-PESA integration.
