What does “offline POS” mean for your business?

In Kenya, internet can drop without warning — and when it does, many POS systems stop working completely. Orders can't be taken. Payments can't be processed. The till goes silent.

Bizflow is built the opposite way. Every core function — taking orders, recording payments, printing receipts, tracking stock, closing shifts — runs directly on your computer. No internet connection is needed for any of it.

Does Bizflow really work with no internet at all?

Yes. Bizflow Offline and Bizflow PRO both run fully offline. Orders, payments, receipts, stock and reports all work without an internet connection.

If I have Bizflow PRO, do I need internet to use it?

No. Bizflow PRO still works fully offline for daily operations. Internet is only needed if you want to view sales remotely from your phone or receive emailed reports.

What happens to my data if the internet goes down?

Nothing changes. All data is stored on your computer. Once internet returns, Bizflow PRO syncs automatically for remote viewing.

Is the offline version really free forever?

Yes. Bizflow Offline has no monthly fee and no expiry. One license, free forever on one machine.

Can I switch from Offline to PRO later without losing data?

Yes. Your existing data carries over when you upgrade to Bizflow PRO.
